P’AZ is committed to making care accessible and transparent.
We accept select insurance plans and also offer affordable private pay options for those without coverage or who prefer to self-pay.
We accept debit/credit and HSA directly through our patient portal.
We are in the process of accepting the following insurances:
- AZ BLUE (BCBS) - UHC (Optum) - Aetna
If your insurance provider is not listed, we are able to provide you with an invoice that you may submit to your insurance to request out-of-network reimbursement. Payment is required at time of service.
